National guidelines

In Sweden, there are national guidelines aimed to slow down the spread of Covid-19. These include staying at home and getting tested if you have any symptoms, as well as special advice to keep a distance from others if you are not fully vaccinated.

Restrictions lifted on September 29 2021

From September 29 2021, there are no longer any restrictions regarding how many people can take part in public gatherings or events. The restrictions regarding the number of seated guests in restaurant serving areas have also been lifted.

Vaccination certificate for events

On December 1, a vaccination certificate is required if you are going to an event indoors with more than 100 people gathering. This applies to theater, cinema, concerts and sporting events, among other things.

Karlshamn municipality

Karlshamn municipality follows the recommendations of the Public Health Agency of Sweden (Folkhälsomyndigheten) and other authorities. Together we will help to reduce the spread of infection. It is particularly important to protect the elderly and other persons in risk groups.
